The Sterling City Bond is divided into Propositions A and B.

Proposition A includes Improvements, Renovations, and Additions to Athletic Facilities, Buildings, the Site, and other Miscellaneous projects.

Proposition B includes New Teacher Housing and renovations of existing housing.
